癫痫相关诱发机制及治疗方法的研究进展
Progress in the research of related induced mechanism and treatment of epilepsy
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of the pace of life,the prevalence of epilepsy is also increasing year by year,the causes of epilepsy include genetic factors,brain trauma,infection,cerebrovascular diseases and other factors.The pathogenesis mainly includes craniocerebral mechanical injury and inflammatory response,oxidative stress,destruction of blood-brain barrier and harmful substances penetration,peripheral immune response and chronic neuritis,activation of thrombin and microglia,neurotransmitter metabolism imbalance,aquaporin and ion channel abnormalities.Current treatments for epilepsy include medication,surgery and other treatments.In this study,the induced mechanism and treatment methods of epilepsy were reviewed.关键词
