Effects of Cucumber Mosaic Virus Infection on Root Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Salvia miltiorrhiza
为探讨丹参对黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)侵染的生理响应机制,采用人工注射接种方法,设置注射接种CMV的丹参(CMV组)、仅空载体pCB301注射接种的丹参(MOCK组)以及未接种CMV的丹参(CK组)3个处理,比较分析接种CMV前后丹参苗根系生长、植株各部位代谢产物和生理特性的差异.结果表明,CMV侵染能够抑制丹参植株和根系的生长,破坏其内部代谢平衡.与MOCK组相比,CMV组侵染丹参的根长、须根数等各项根系指标均下降,根、茎和叶的可溶性蛋白、游离脂肪…查看全部>>
