山西谷子种质资源表型性状鉴定及综合评价OA北大核心CSTPCD
Identification and Comprehensive Evaluation of Phenotypic Traits of Shanxi Foxtail Millet Germplasm Resources
由于山西不同生态区谷子种质资源的遗传变异规律尚不清楚,育种工作中其谷子资源难以被有效利用.为研究山西谷子种质资源表型性状的遗传多样性,以603份山西谷子种质资源为试验材料,于2018-2020年5个环境下鉴定其14个表型性状,进行正态分布检验、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析及综合评价.结果表明,各性状在不同环境下呈正态或偏正态分布.3年5点遗传多样性指数范围为1.971～2.090,平均多样性指数最大的是单穗重(2.076);变异系数变化为7.…查看全部>>
