山西谷子种质资源表型性状鉴定及综合评价OA北大核心CSTPCD
Identification and Comprehensive Evaluation of Phenotypic Traits of Shanxi Foxtail Millet Germplasm Resources
由于山西不同生态区谷子种质资源的遗传变异规律尚不清楚,育种工作中其谷子资源难以被有效利用.为研究山西谷子种质资源表型性状的遗传多样性,以603份山西谷子种质资源为试验材料,于2018-2020年5个环境下鉴定其14个表型性状,进行正态分布检验、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析及综合评价.结果表明,各性状在不同环境下呈正态或偏正态分布.3年5点遗传多样性指数范围为1.971~2.090,平均多样性指数最大的是单穗重(2.076);变异系数变化为7.74%~33.87%,穗粒重平均变异系数最高为30.38%.聚类分析将603份山西谷子种质资源分为3个类群.相关性分析结果表明,各表型性状存在不同程度的相关性,千粒重与抽穗天数、颈长和码数呈极显著负相关(P<0.001);主成分分析结果将14个表型性状归为6个主成分,累计贡献率为84.95%.山西谷子种质资源表型性状综合得分F值均值为0.516,其中,来自吕梁的红流沙(CC599)F值最高(0.685),来自朔州的垅谷(CC295)得分最低仅为0.242;逐步回归法确定株高、叶长、穗粒重、节数、穗长和叶宽为表型鉴定和筛选优异种质资源的关键指标.本研究表明,山西谷子种质资源变异丰富,遗传多样性指数高,可以为谷子种质改良和品种选育提供多样性的材料选择.
The genetic variation patterns of foxtail millet germplasm resources in different ecological regions of Shanxi are still unclear,making it difficult to effectively utilize these resources in breeding.In order to study the genetic diversity of phenotypic traits in foxtail millet,we identified 14 phenotypic traits in 5 environments of 603 foxtail millet germplasm resources from Shanxi province from 2018 to 2020.Normal distribution tests,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis and comprehensive evaluation were conducted.The results showed that the distribution of the traits was normal or approximately normal in different environments.The genetic diversity index ranged from 1.971 to 2.090 at 5 points over three years,with the single spike weight being the highest(2.076).The variation coefficient ranged from 7.74%to 33.87%,with the average variation coefficient of grain weight per spike being the highest(30.38%).The 603 Shanxi foxtail millet germplasm resources were divided into 3 groups by cluster analysis.Correlation analysis revealed varying degrees of correlation among the phenotypic traits.The 1000-grain weight was significantly negatively correlated with the days of heading,neck length and yard number(P<0.001).The 14 phenotypic traits were classified into 6 principal components by principal component analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 84.95%.The average F-value of phenotypic traits was 0.516,with the highest F-value of Hongliusha from Lvliang(CC599)at 0.685 and the lowest F-value of Longgu from Shuozhou(National Treasury number:00015941)at 0.242.Six traits,including plant height,leaf length,grain weight per plant,item node number,panicle length,and leaf width were selected as key indexes for the identification of the phenotypic traits and screening of superior germplasm resources.This study shows that Shanxi foxtail millet germplasm resources exhibit rich variation and a high genetic diversity index,providing diverse materials for foxtail millet germplasm improvement and variety breeding.
