谭新华运用角药治疗男性下尿路症状的经验
TAN Xinhua's experience in treating male lower urinary tract symptoms with triple combination of Chinese medicines

Abstract
Professor TAN Xinhua is highly experienced in the significantly effective treatment of male lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS)by triple combination of Chinese medicines,which are divided into tonifying and pathogenic factor-eliminating categories,with three medicinal combinations as the preferred choice in each category.For the tonifying category,Huangqi(Astragali Radix)-Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)combination is preferred for the spleen and kidney qi deficiency pattern;Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata)-Nvzhenzhi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus)-Mohanliang(Ecliptae Herba)combination is preferred for kidney yin deficiency pattern;Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)-Yizhiren(Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus)-Wuyao(Linderae Radix)combination is preferred for kidney yang deficiency or lower jiao deficiency cold pattern.As for the pathogenic factor-eliminating category,Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix)-Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)-Chuanlianzi(Toosendan Fructus)combination is preferred for liver qi stagnation pattern;Huainiuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)-Taoren(Persicae Semen)-Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma)combination is preferred for qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern;Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen)-Bianxu(Polygoni Avicularis Herba)-Qumai(Dianthi Herba)combination is preferred for lower jiao damp-heat pattern.This article has analyzed Professor TAN's experience in treating male LUTS from the perspective of the compatibility of the triple combination of Chinese medicines,and illustrated it with one medical case at the end of the article,in order to further inherit and develop his academic ideas and provide reference for clinical practice.关键词
