朱镇华教授辨证分型论治慢喉瘖经验
Experience of Professor ZHU Zhenhua in treating chronic laryngeal aphonia based on pattern identification

Abstract
Chronic laryngeal aphonia is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice of TCM otolaryngology.Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex,and it is recurrent and refractory to some extent.Based on years of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,Professor ZHU Zhenhua believes that the onset of chronic laryngeal aphonia is closely related to the lung,spleen,and kidney.He mainly divides chronic laryngeal aphonia into three types:qi deficiency and phlegm retention pattern,lung and spleen qi deficiency pattern,and yin deficiency and lung heat pattern.He commonly uses formulas such as Shenling Baizhu Powder,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Yangyin Qingfei Decoction,and Liuwei Dihuang Pill for treatment.He employs the formulation strategies and treatment principles,including treating based on the spleen,treating human organs with corresponding items[treating chronic laryngeal aphonia with Muhudie(Oroxyli Semen)],simultaneously nourishing the body and mind,and integrating internal and external therapies.By adopting a strategy of treatment based on pattern identification,he fully leverages the unique features and advantages of Chinese medicine,achieving remarkable clinical efficacy and demonstrating significant value for clinical promotion and application.关键词
