National Famous Elderly TCM Expert CHANG Xiaorong's characteristics in differentiating and treating spleen and stomach diseases based on"meridian-viscera correlation"theory

Abstract
Professor CHANG Xiaorong considers that"meridian-viscera correlation"is the core of meridian theory and has important guiding significance for clinical treatment.Summarizing her academic experience in differentiating and treating spleen and stomach diseases based on the theory of"meridian-viscera correlation",Professor CHANG Xiaorong emphasizes the combination of zang-fu pattern identification and meridian pattern identification in clinical diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,with regulating the middle jiao and harmonizing the qi movement of five zang organs as the main treatment principle.Being rigorous in pattern identification and precise in acupoints selection,she regards Sibai(ST2),Liangmen(ST21),and Zusanli(ST36)as the basic acupoints for treating spleen and stomach diseases,and also emphasizes the application of moxibustion.Professor CHANG Xiaorong advocates studying classics and inheriting innovation,insists on the combination of research and clinical practice,and has made significant contributions to the inheritance and development of the"meridian-viscera correlation"theory.关键词
