符文彬疏肝调神整合针灸疗法治疗青少年抑郁症经验探究
Exploration of Professor FU Wenbin's experience in treating adolescent depression by integrated acupuncture and moxibustion to sooth the liver and regulate the spirit
摘要
Abstract
Adolescent depression is a common clinical mental disorder.Professor FU Wenbin believes that the basic pathogenesis of adolescent depression is liver qi stagnation,loss of mental nourishment,and the physical factor for its onset is lack of yang qi.In terms of treatment,he advocates the fundamental principle of soothing the liver and regulating the spirit,while emphasizing regulating yang qi through warm tonification and consolidating the treatment effects.A comprehensive approach is utilized,including acupuncture,moxibustion,intradermal needling,pricking,and other methods.An integrated acupuncture and moxibustion treatment plan based on the model of"first needle,then moxibustion,and finally consolidation"is formulated for diagnosis and treatment,with ideal effects.This paper has summarized Professor FU Wenbin's clinical experience in treating adolescent depression with integrated acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to sooth the liver and regulate the spirit,and has attached one verified medical record for illustration.关键词
