Abstract
In view of the problems of low material source reserves and unqualified quality of soil material field caused by the surrounding environment,poor hydrogeology and land expropriation in the earth-rock dam project,the authors take Guzao Reservoir in Mengshan,Guangxi as an example to analyze the control principle of soil material processing,study the control measures of soil material mining,processing and transportation,summarize the construction technology of controlling the quality optimization of impervious soil material of rockfill dam with clay core,and put forward the mixing and processing technology of impervious soil material suitable for the project.The results show that the proposed process increases the production efficiency of soil materials from 600 m3/d to 850 m3/d,and the efficiency is increased by 41.67%;The construction period of the core wall of the dam was reduced from 12 months to 9 months.The research results can provide reference for the processing of earth-rock dam materials.关键词
