Abstract
At present,there are some problems in material management of water conservancy and hydropower engineerings,such as inaccurate information in material procurement,excess or shortage of inventory in warehouse management,and insufficient information sharing in supply chain coordination.The authors analyze the current situation of material management from the aspects of material procurement,warehouse management,supply chain coordination and digital construction,and discuss the optimization measures of technological innovation,digital transformation,supply chain optimization,process improvement and standardization,human resource management and so on.The results show that the accuracy and efficiency of material management can be significantly improved through the application of cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence;Supply chain collaboration and digital construction help to enhance transparency and flexibility;Process improvement and standardization can improve the standardization and traceability of management.The comprehensive use of a variety of optimization strategies can effectively solve the problems existing in the current material management of water conservancy and hydropower engineerings,ensure the smooth progress of project construction,and achieve the goal of sustainable development.关键词
