Abstract
The development of photovoltaic industry is one of the energy transformation strategies to achieve the goal of"double carbon".The construction of the engineering cost index system for photovoltaic project can provide effective data support for project management.The author expounds the concept and type of investment index system,combines the characteristics of photovoltaic project cost,analyzes the influencing factors of engineering cost from the overall index and sub-index respectively,establishes the engineering cost index system for photovoltaic project,and takes photovoltaic power stations in different regions as an example to analyze the application of the index system.The results show that the index system is used to calculate the investment,the results are reasonable,and the feasibility and popularization are demonstrated.The index system can provide different engineering cost guidance for different participants of the project,and has reference significance for improving the multi-directional and multi-stage management of photovoltaic projects.关键词
