Abstract
Ocean has become a new engine of world economic growth,and the high-quality de-velopment of the marine industry is the primary task of the strategic construction of a maritime power,and building a resilient multi-level capital market is an urgent need to promote the high-quality development of the marine industry.In the process of continuous construction and im-provement of China's capital market,there are restrictions on the operation mechanism,envi-ronment,allocation and products of the capital market at this stage of marine industry financing.Based on the path of capital market to support the high-quality development of the marine industry,suggestions are put forward to guide the capital market to support the marine industry,innovate financial products in the capital market,improve the information disclosure system,improve the marine industry evaluation system,and establish an internal capital market for the marine industry,so as to strengthen the guarantee of the capital market to support the high-quality development of the marine industry.关键词
