The Development Crisis,Dynamic Mechanism and Evolution Path of Global Marine Economy
摘要
Abstract
The marine economy is facing multiple risks.How to solve the development crisis,es-tablish a new dynamic mechanism and innovate the evolution path has become the focus of the international community.Based on the relevant innovative initiatives of major international or-ganizations such as the United Nations and the European Commission,the thinking mode of healthy and Green Ocean,the focus and diversification of financial field,the pattern of science and technology innovation,the impact of digital intelligentization,the blue-skilled talent system will form the motive mechanism of sustainable ocean economy in the future.Combined with the reality of marine economy in America,Britain and Norway,there are three different evolution paths,which have a good demonstration and reference for China's marine economy.China should accelerate the development of science-and ecosystem-based ocean planning and implement more systematic and inclusive integrated ocean management through new partnerships,we will further focus on the competitiveness of the marine industry,digitization,and green and low-car-bon development,with a focus on enhancing the driving capacity of scientific and technological innovation,professional training,and financial capital.关键词
