海洋生物产业发展创新平台建设的对策
Countermeasures for Construction of Industrialized Innovation Platforms:take Xiamen as an example

Abstract
The marine pharmaceutical and biological product industry is one of the marine strate-gic emerging industries that China has cultivated.Its development cannot be separated from the scientific research support of first-class innovation platforms.Currently,China's marine phar-maceutical and biological product industry lacks a support of a strong national industrialized in-novation platform.This study investigates the development experience and existing problems of innovation platform in the marine pharmaceutical and biological product industry,and sorts out the policy,technology,and industry status in Xiamen for construction of industrialized innova-tion platforms,and puts forward countermeasures:optimize institutional mechanisms,clarify positioning and capabilities,facilitate talent exchange and upward channels for the layout of a national level innovation platform to promote the development of marine pharmaceutical and bi-ological product industry.关键词
