摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of resonant frequency drift during the operation of the transducer,the circuit model and matching network of the transducer are studied,and the characteristics of the resonant point of the transducer are analyzed.A control method based on dual current signals for resonant frequency tracking is proposed.This method calculates the system state by sampling the effective value and phase of two current signals,and adjusts the output voltage frequency of the power supply through variable step control.By using an oscilloscope to detect the tracking effect of the system,the experimental results show that the ultra-sonic power supply designed based on this method can quickly track frequency when the load changes dynamically,and the tracking accuracy reaches 1 Hz.
