Comfort Analysis of the Local Multi-story Long Cantilever Structure of YOFC Industrial Building

长飞光纤产业大楼的五大体量通过中庭连为整体,结构平面立面复杂,存在较多处大悬挑、大跨度、大开洞等不规则项.针对局部多层悬挑结构在人行荷载下的舒适度问题,采用SAP2000软件进行有限元建模,分析动力荷载下悬挑结构的振动响应.对于多层悬挑结构,分析考虑了楼层间相互作用,得到了悬挑楼盖的振动加速度峰值,并通过响应频谱验证了最不利人行频率的准确性.同时,针对最不利工况进行了减振设计,通过设置特定参数的调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)大幅减小了楼盖的振动响应.

Five volumes of YOFC industrial building are connected by atrium,the plan and facade of which are complex with many irregularities such as large overhangs,large spans and large openings.To solve comfort issues of local multi-story long cantilever structure under pedestrian load,SAP2000 software was used to build finite element model and analyze the vibration response under dynamic load.For the multi-story cantilevered structure,the analysis considered interaction between floors obtained the vibration peak acceleration of the cantilevered floor effectively.And the accuracy of the most unfavorable pedestrian frequency was verified by the response spectrum.At the same time,the vibration reduction design was processed against the most unfavorable case and the vibration response of the floor was greatly reduced by setting the tuned mass damper(TMD)with specific parameters.
