摘要
Abstract
The early 1 000 days of life have a significant and lasting impact on the development of tissues and organs,and are crucial for individual growth and healthy development.Adequate nutrition during this period can reduce the risk of chronic diseases.The paper outlines the importance of the nutritional status during the first 1 000 days of life for individual growth and development,emphasizing the need for balanced nutrition in four stages:pre pregnancy,prenatal,lactation,complementary feeding,and early general feeding.It proposes that healthy diet and lifestyle in early life,especially breastfeeding,can lay a solid foundation for individual health.关键词
