Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of follow-up compliance in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR),and propose intervention strategies to encourage patients to develop good proactive health management behaviors.Methods A total of 100 post-treatment DR patients were followed up monthly in the outpatient clinic for a total of 6 months.Patients with a follow-up frequency of three or more times were considered to have good compliance with follow-up.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were conducted to identify factors influencing the compliance of DR patients with follow-up.Results Among the 100 patients,57 had good follow-up compliance,accounting for 57.0%.Univariate analysis showed that age,severity of DR,place of residence,level of education,employment status,and medical insurance situation affected the compliance with follow-up in DR patients(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis indicated that being aged 60 or above(OR=1.883),having mild non-proliferative DR(OR=2.147),residing in rural areas(OR=2.113),having education at the level of junior high school or below(OR=2.284),being unemployed(OR=1.919),and lacking medical insurance(OR=2.184)were all independent risk factors for the follow-up compliance of DR patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Follow-up compliance of DR Patients is associated with age,place of residence,level of education,disease stage,employment status,and medical insurance status.Interventions targeting the above risk factors can be implemented to promote healthy behaviors among patients.关键词
