Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of the solution-focused approach combined with refined management on the self-esteem and mindfulness levels of elderly patients with sarcopenia, providing insights for the health management of elderly sarcopenia patients. Methods A total of 276 elderly patients with sarcopenia were divided into two groups:a control group receiving conventional health management intervention and an observation group receiving a solution-focused approach combined with refined management intervention. The muscle function,self-esteem scale(SES),mindful attention awareness scale(MAAS),Barthel index(BI)scores, and compliance were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results Compared to pre-intervention,the muscle function,SES,MAAS,and BI scores increased in both groups after the intervention, with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Theoverallcompliancerateintheobservationgroup(95.65%)was higher than that in the control group(87.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.807,P=0.034).Conclusions The integration of the solution-focused approach with refined management can improve muscle function in elderly patients with sarcopenia, enhance their levels of self-esteem and mindfulness, increase compliance, and improve the quality of life.关键词
