机器人辅助根治性前列腺切除术治疗大体积局限性前列腺癌的效果分析(附手术视频)
Clinical efficacy of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy for large-volume localized prostate cancer(with surgical video)

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy(RARP)for large-volume localized prostate cancer(PCa).Methods:118 patients with large-volume localized PCa who were treated in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=59)and the study group(n=59)using a random number table.The control group received conventional laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(LRP),while the study group received RARP.The urinary incontinence,sexual function,serum prostate-specific antigen(PSA),free prostate-specific antigen(f-PSA),complication rate and positive margins of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The international consultation on incontinence questionnaire short form(ICIQ-SF)scores,serum PSA and f-PSA levels of patients in the two groups were both lowered after 6 months of treatment,and they were lower in the study group than the control group after treatment.The International Index of Erectile Function 5(IIEF-5)scores were lowered in both groups after 6 months of treatment comparing with that before treatment,and the IIEF-5 scores were higher in the study group than the control group after treatment.There was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate and positive margin rate between the two groups.Conclusion:Patients with large-volume localized PCa undergoing RARP can improve urinary incontinence and sexual function,lower serum PSA and f-PSA levels without increasing the complication rate and positive margin rate.关键词
