机器人辅助广泛性子宫切除术对早期宫颈癌患者围术期指标的影响
Effect of robot-assisted generalized hysterectomy on perioperative indicators in patients with early cervical cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Robot-assisted Radical Hysterectomy(RARH)on perioperative indicators in patients with early-stage cervical cancer.Methods:78 patients with early-stage cervical cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Air force military Medical University from October 2019 to November 2022 were prospectively selected and divided into two groups using the randomized numerical table method.39 patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,and 39 patients in the observation group were treated with RARH,all patients were followed up for 12 months.Perioperative indexes,urodynamics indexes,and recurrence rates of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The anal defecation time,voluntary defecation time,catheterization time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-8,and CRP were lower than those of the control group at 6 h and 48 h after surgery.Meanwhile,after 12-month follow-up,patients in the observation group had a greater maximum urinary bladder capacity,initial urinary bladder capacity,and maximum urinary flow rate than those in the control group,a lower maximum bladder pressure and maximum urethral pressure,a higher rate of pelvic floor function up to grade 5 than those in the control group,and a lower recurrence rate than those in the control group.Conclusion:Implementation of RARH in patients with early-stage cervical cancer could improve near-and long-term outcomes,ameliorate urodynamics,and lower recurrence rates.关键词
