"Three Practical"Strategies for Developing New Quality Productive Forces in Heilongjiang Province According to Local Conditions
摘要
Abstract
The development of new quality productive forces is of great significance for promoting high-quality development in Heilongjiang Province.The concept of new quality productive forces,originating from Marxist productive forces theory,was established and continuously enriched and developed through economic practice in the new era to meet the needs of development in the new era.Its connotative characteristics stipulate that the core of new quality productive forces lies in innovation,the key lies in high quality,and the essence lies in reflecting advanced productive forces.Heilongjiang Province has its own basic elements for the development of new quality productive forces,Based on this,"three practical"strategies involving practical innovation,entity upgrading,and effective supervision are proposed to provide strategic reference for the development of new quality productive forces in Heilongjiang Province according to local conditions.关键词
