抗生素耐药基因(antibiotics resistance genes,ARGs)是一类存在于细菌或其他微生物基因组中的基因,它赋予微生物对特定抗生素的抵抗能力.ARGs作为一种新污染物,它目前已成为全球公共健康的巨大威胁.ARGs可通过多种途径进入饮用水环境,包括污水处理不当、农业径流、医院及工业排放等.利用ARGs消除方法防控饮用水环境中的ARGs,对于饮用水安全具有非常重要的意义.饮用水环境中ARGs消除方法主要包括传统消除方法和新兴的消除方法.传统的消除方法主要是在饮用水处理工艺过程中,如絮凝、沉淀、消毒、过滤等,利用常规工艺对ARGs进行消除,从而达到防控ARGs的目的.新兴的消除方法尚未在饮用水处理过程中广泛应用,但具有积极的应用前景.紫外线/过氧乙酸消毒剂的应用,可以提高消毒过程中ARGs的消除效率,是一种很有前景的消除方法.高级氧化技术也是一种有效的ARGs消除方法,在高级氧化技术过程中,氧化剂从分子水平上与ARGs相互作用并发生表面氧化反应,从而实现对ARGs的消除.辅助消毒剂是ARGs消除方法研究的一个重要方向,主要利用天然来源的活性物质,提高饮用水消毒过程中的ARGs消除效率.此外,开发ARGs特异性吸附材料,是ARGs消除方法的发展趋势,尽管这种方法目前尚未在饮用水处理过程中使用,但其前景不容小觑.随着消除方法的不断发展,对ARGs的研究也提出了新的方向和内容,主要包括ARGs检测技术和方法的创新、ARGs分布和迁移的深入研究,从而推动ARGs消除方法的创新发展.鉴于此,文章总结了 ARGs在饮用水环境的消除方法,对未来ARGs研究的焦点和趋势提出建议及展望,旨在为探索ARGs的有效防控策略提供科学依据和技术支持.

Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)are kinds of genes present within the genomes of bacteria and other microorganisms,which confer resistance to specific antibiotics.As a novel type of contaminant,ARGs have emerged as a significant threat to global public health.These genes can infiltrate the drinking water systems through various pathways,including improper sewage treatment,agricultural runoff,and discharges from hospitals and industrial facilities.It is very important to control ARGs in drinking water environment by using ARGs elimination method for drinking water safety.The elimination methods of ARGs in drinking water environment mainly include traditional elimination methods and novel elimination methods.The traditional elimination methods are mainly used to eliminate ARGs during the drinking water treatment process,such as flocculation,precipitation,disinfection,filtration,etc.,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling ARGs.The novel elimination methods are those that have not been widely used in drinking water treatment processes but have positive application prospects.The application of ultraviolet/peroxyacetic acid disinfectant can improve the elimination efficiency of ARGs in the disinfection process,which is a promising elimination method.Advanced oxidation technology is also an effective method to eliminate ARGs.In advanced oxidation technology,the oxidizer interacts with ARGs at the molecular level and produces surface oxidation reaction to achieve the elimination of ARGs.Auxiliary disinfectants are an important direction in ARGs elimination research and the active substances from natural sources are mainly used to improve the elimination efficiency of ARGs in drinking water disinfection process.In addition,ARGs specific adsorption materials is the development trend of ARGs elimination,although this has not been used in drinking water treatment process,its prospects should not be underestimated.With the continuous development of elimination methods,new directions and contents of ARGs research have been put forward,mainly including the innovation of ARGs detection technology and methods,the study of ARGs distribution and migration,so as to promote the innovative development of ARGs elimination methods.In view of this,this paper summarizes the elimination methods of ARGs in drinking water environment,and puts forward suggestions and prospects for the focus and trend of future ARGs research,aiming at providing scientific basis and technical support for exploring effective prevention and control strategies of ARGs.
