Abstract
Based on the regional characteristics and water resources status of Qingjiangpu District in Huai'an City,this paper summarizes the main practices and achievements of building a water-saving society from the aspects of grassroots water-saving team construction,water-saving supervision,and water-saving services.It analyzes the water-saving investment and financing mechanism,water-saving"three simultaneities",and the use of recycled water in the construction process,and proposes corresponding suggestions based on actual conditions,providing reference for optimizing and improving the construction of a water-saving society in similar regions.关键词
