Abstract
Objective:To test psychometric properties of the Chinese version of Self-Care Self-Efficacy Scale(SCSES).Methods:The English version of SCSES was translated into Chinese following the modified Brislin translation model,and 320 patients with chronic heart failure were selected for cross-sectional investigation to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Validity includes content validity,confirmatory factor analysis,and reliability includes internal consistency and retest reliability.SPSS 25.0 and Mplus 8.3 were used for data analysis.Results:Scale-content validity index(S-CVI)of Chinese version of SCSES was 0.960.Item-content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.875-1.000.Results of confirmatory factor analysis supported construct validity.Cronbach's a coefficients was 0.910;test-retest reliability was 0.750.Conclusion:The Chinese version of SCSES is a valid and reliable tool and could be used in Chinese patients with chronic disease.关键词
