慢性肾功能不全病人经济毒性调查及影响因素分析
Survey of economic toxicity for patients with chronic renal insufficiency and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of economic toxicity in patients with chronic renal insufficiency without dialysis and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A cross-sectional study method was used to select patients with non-dialysis renal insufficiency who were followed up for a long time from October to December 2023 in a grade-Ⅲ hospital.The General Information Questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Comprehensive Scores for Financial Toxicity Based on the Patient-Reported Outcome Measures,Social Support Rating Scale,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,and the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form were used for investigation.Results:A total of 176 valid questionnaires were collected,and the economic toxicity score was(19.02±8.95).The results of multiple linear regression showed that the average monthly household income,current employment,total score of social support,and total score of disease fear progression were the influencing factors of economic toxicity(P＜0.05),and the model could explain 61.1％of the total variation.Conclusions:The incidence of economic toxicity in patients with chronic renal insufficiency without dialysis is high.The clinical staff need to accurately identify high-risk patients with chronic renal insufficiency,and then adopt effective strategies to reduce economic toxicity according to influencing factors,which is of great significance for alleviating economic toxicity in patients with chronic renal insufficiency.关键词
