膀胱癌泌尿造口病人信息需求的纵向质性研究
Longitudinal qualitative study on information needs of urostomy patients with bladder cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the change of information needs of patients with urinary stomy for bladder cancer,and provide reference for optimizing health information services for patients.Methods:A longitudinal qualitative study method was used to select 16 patients to undergo urostomy for semi-structured interviews,and the interview data were analyzed cross-sectional and longitudinal.Results:Four themes were extracted.They were information needs at different stages of the disease(diagnosis,perioperative period,preparation for discharge,follow-up period,disease recurrence and prognosis information,psychological and emotional and social support information),information coping behaviors(negative reception of information,active seeking of information),and obstacles to information seeking(strong emotional response,serious symptom distress,blind compliance experience,cognitive differences,and over-dependence on medical personnel)and information support recommendations(strengthen the diversification of information support,build a professional information platform,provide predictive information).Conclusions:Nursing staff should develop specialized whole-process information support platform according to the characteristics of patients'information needs at different stages,combined with individual information coping behaviors and obstacles to information seeking.At the same time,it promotes the multiple transformation of information support methods,provides predictive information care for patients,and then improves the health outcome of patients.关键词
