Abstract
With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,the demand for high-quality and specialized talents in rural areas is becoming in-creasingly urgent.Continuing education in universities,as an important component of talent cultivation,should actively respond to national strategies,in-novate talent cultivation models,and provide strong talent support for rural revitalization.This article analyzes the characteristics of the demand by rural re-vitalization strategy for talents,explores the role positioning of continuing education in talent cultivation in universities,and proposes corresponding inno-vative strategies for talent cultivation models.关键词
