摘要
Abstract
This study explores the demand for continuing education and the application of adaptive learning in the context of digital communities.A mixed-methods research design was adopted,combining quantitative questionnaires and qualitative interviews for data collection.The results revealed that adult learners pursue continuing education for diverse motivations,including improving vocational skills,adapting to industry changes,and developing personal interests.Adaptive learning platforms were considered effective tools for improving learning efficiency and satisfaction due to their personalized learning pathways,but issues such as usability and interactivity were identified as potential shortcomings.The study emphasizes the importance of enhan-cing the quality and user experience of adaptive learning resources.It is recommended that policymakers and educational practitioners increase investment in adaptive learning technologies and improve the equity and accessibility of educational resources.This study provides new insights into understanding the needs for continuing education in the digital community environment and optimizing adaptive learning strategies.关键词
