老年大学是乡镇、农村老年人闲暇时间的重要活动场所,促进乡镇老年大学的发展有助于乡镇老年人生活质量的改善和乡村振兴战略的深入推进.从结构洞的视角出发,运用观察、访谈法对某乡镇老年大学进行实地考察,就其运行过程中存在的问题及原因进行分析,并对在乡镇老年大学资源链接的结构过程中,社会工作弥补结构性漏洞的路径进行探讨.社会工作应从优化与资源提供主体的需求沟通、加强领头人教育、协助老年大学活动开展和积极发挥乡镇社工站的作用等方面入手,解决乡镇老年大学的资源链接问题,助力老年教育工作和乡村振兴.

Township elderly universities are important activity venues for rural elderly people during their leisure time.Promoting the development of township elderly universities contributes to improving the quality of life of rural elderly residents and furthering the rural revitalization strategy.From the perspective of structural holes,this paper employs observation and interview methods to conduct a field investigation of a township elderly university.It an-alyzes the problems and causes in its operational process and explores the paths for social work to bridge the structural gaps in the resource linking process of township elderly universities.Issues should be tackled in social work,such as optimizing communication regarding the needs of resource providers,strengthening leadership education,assisting in the organization of activities for elderly universities,and actively leveraging the role of township social work stations.By addressing the resource linking challenges faced by township elderly universities,social work can contribute to elderly education efforts and ru-ral revitalization.
