Abstract
Township elderly universities are important activity venues for rural elderly people during their leisure time.Promoting the development of township elderly universities contributes to improving the quality of life of rural elderly residents and furthering the rural revitalization strategy.From the perspective of structural holes,this paper employs observation and interview methods to conduct a field investigation of a township elderly university.It an-alyzes the problems and causes in its operational process and explores the paths for social work to bridge the structural gaps in the resource linking process of township elderly universities.Issues should be tackled in social work,such as optimizing communication regarding the needs of resource providers,strengthening leadership education,assisting in the organization of activities for elderly universities,and actively leveraging the role of township social work stations.By addressing the resource linking challenges faced by township elderly universities,social work can contribute to elderly education efforts and ru-ral revitalization.关键词
