Career Development of Undergraduate Students in Vocational and Technical Universities:Theory,Values,and Institutions
摘要
Abstract
To achieve high-quality development for vocational undergraduate education,the core lies in helping students clarify their individual posi-tioning and enhance their career development abilities.However,currently,career education for vocational undergraduates in China is still immature,with issues such as one-sided theories,utilitarian goals,and single content,which cannot accurately cultivate students.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply un-derstand the necessity and operability of career education from a theoretical perspective,guide students to make correct career choices,and explore break-through development paths.Macroscopically,it is essential to rely on national programmatic documents and education reforms to provide institutional guar-antees;mesoscopically,it is important to establish a feasible career education system based on individual development;and microscopically,attention should be paid to guiding students'thinking,providing suitable career guidance,enhancing their planning abilities,and effectively promoting the system-atic and holistic development of vocational undergraduate students'careers.关键词
