Career Development of Undergraduate Students in Vocational and Technical Universities:Theory,Values,and Institutions
为实现职业本科大学高质量发展,核心在于帮助学生明确个体定位、提升生涯发展能力.当前,我国职业本科大学生涯教育尚不成熟,存在理论片面、目标功利、内容单一等问题,无法精准培育学生.为此,需从理论层面深入理解生涯教育的必要性和可操作性,指导学生作出正确生涯选择,探索突破性发展路径.在宏观上,应依托国家纲领性文件和教育改革提供制度保障;在中观上,以个性发展为基础,建立可行的生涯教育体系;在微观上,关注学生思想引导,提供契合的生涯指导,增强其规划能力,有效推动职业本科大学学生生涯的系统性和整体性发展.
To achieve high-quality development for vocational undergraduate education,the core lies in helping students clarify their individual posi-tioning and enhance their career development abilities.However,currently,career education for vocational undergraduates in China is still immature,with issues such as one-sided theories,utilitarian goals,and single content,which cannot accurately cultivate students.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply un-derstand the necessity and operability of career education from a theoretical perspective,guide students to make correct career choices,and explore break-through development paths.Macroscopically,it is essential to rely on national programmatic documents and education reforms to provide institutional guar-antees;mesoscopically,it is important to establish a feasible career education system based on individual development;and microscopically,attention should be paid to guiding students'thinking,providing suitable career guidance,enhancing their planning abilities,and effectively promoting the system-atic and holistic development of vocational undergraduate students'careers.
