基于整数规划与仿真的电子产品装配生产线平衡研究
Study on Electronic Product Assembly Line Balance Based on Integer Programming and Simulation

Abstract
Aiming at the problems such as low efficiency,serious accumulation and unbalanced load in the assembly line of electronic products,a company's wireless router assembly production line is used as an example for research.Firstly,production data is collected and the problems existing in the production line are analyzed.Secondly,based on 0-1 integer programming,a production line balance optimization model with minimizing beat time as the objective function is constructed,which considers the correlation between processes and equipment,as well as between processes and processes,to meet the needs of special workstations.With the help of Lingo software programming,it is explored how to reduce production cycle time and improve production line balance rate by reasonably allocating work processes.Finally,AnyLogic simulation software is used to establish a simulation model to verify the reliability of the improved scheme.The verification results show that the scheme can increase the balance rate of the production line from 61.8%to 84%,the smooth coefficient from 10.8 to 3.5,the production capacity from 136 pcs/h to 185 pcs/h,greatly improve the productionefficiency and ease the staff load,reduce the production cost of the manufacturingenterprise and improve the market competitiveness.It provides a new way to improve the balance rate of production line in electronic manufacturing industry.关键词
