摘要

Abstract

To respond to the national waste classification policy,to classify the domestic waste at the source to reduce environmental pollution,and to recycle resources,an intelligent sorting bin control system based on MCGS touch screen is designed,which adopts three-layer structure:the upper layer is the control unit,the middle layer is the automatic dropping device,and the lower layer is the sorted four-grid garbage bin.The control system includes MCGS touch screen,PLC controller,automatic garbage dropping device and infrared full load detection,the control program is designed based on sequential logic control,and six configuration pictures are designed,RS485 wire is used to establish communication among MCGS touch screen,Siemens PLC and infrared detection.The results show that the control system can realize the functions of garbage automatic dropping,garbage sorting knowledge propagating,and full load detection prompt,and provide four kinds of garbage choices prompt,which is easy and intuitive,can meet the needs of society for smart garbage bin.The proposed design has a certain practical significance for the development of intelligent sorting garbage bins.
