Abstract
Aiming at the difficulty of production management control in manufacturing enterprises of prefabricated products with project as the goal,causality analysis method is used to analyze the causes of low production efficiency from four aspects:data information,progress feedback,et al.Value chain analysis method is used to analyze value activities,determine the current production value-added and non-value-added processes,and simplify the inevitable processes of non-value-added;TFD is used to analyze the information transmission process of the single party and the electromechanical prefabricated production and processing plant;Finally,5WIH and ECRS industrial engineering tools are used to optimize and analyze the information transmission process.Finally,the overall framework of business control is established,and solutions such as the digitalization of the whole process of project business,the standardization of order templates,the standardization of processes,the convenient reporting of mobile terminals,and data statistical analysis are proposed.The solution changes the traditional form of relying on telephone,paper reports and other manual methods to transmit information,improves and optimizes the whole process of production business,optimizes working efficiency,breaks through the data barriers between the customer and factory,greatly improves the timeliness and accuracy of production information transmission,realizes the feedback and tracking of the whole process of production execution,and closely connects the project demand of the construction site with the project reception and manufacturing business.Further,the multi-dimensional data visualization and statistics provide data reference for enterprises to strengthen control and judge development trends.关键词
