Abstract
In order to carry out real-time online monitoring and acquisition of welding parameters,improve the efficiency and accuracy of data transfer,solve the problems of insufficient traditional welding process monitoring,unable to retain welding process parameters,lack of information management and control,etc.,a monorail framework welding intelligent welding group control system is designed and constructed based on industrial LAN,big data and cloud platform.The system includes basic information base,project management,production,process management,production traceability,data analysis,digital cockpit and other functional modules.It can carry out real-time monitoring and network management of manual and automatic welding machines,realize real-time welding data and historical welding data viewing and traceability of manual and automatic welding machines in the welding production process of user monorail framework products,reduce material loss,reduce production cost,and improve welding quality.关键词
