低温LNG装卸过程中存在着诸多问题,如机动性差、转运效率低、装卸压力不稳定、易结霜、易泄漏、智能化程度低等.为此,将生产效率提升需求与生产要素实际现状相结合,以智能、高效、实用为目标,通过突破自动定位对中装卸臂、变频式自增压防结霜智能汽化、防泄漏、智能转运平台与云管控等关键技术,集成创新研究基于智慧管控的低温LNG移动装卸技术与装备.研发出低温LNG移动装卸全程信息智慧管控平台,实现了低温LNG装卸环节的配套装备技术升级,提升了低温LNG智能装卸装备的技术水平,为新兴清洁能源LNG市场的开拓打下了技术基础.
There are many problems in the low-temperature LNG loading and unloading process,such as poor maneuverability,low transfer efficiency,unstable loading and unloading pressure,easy frosting,easy leakage,and low level of intelligence.To solve these problems,the demand for improving production efficiency is combined with the actual situation of production factors,with the goal of intelligence,efficiency,and practicality.Through breakthroughs in key technologies such as automatic positioning of the loading and unloading arm,variable frequency self pressurization anti frosting intelligent vaporization,leak prevention,intelligent transfer platform,and cloud control,integrated innovative research is conducted on low-temperature LNG mobile loading and unloading technology and equipment based on smart control.The intelligent information control platform for low-temperature LNG mobile loading and unloading is developed,which upgrads the supporting equipment technology for low-temperature LNG loading and unloading,improvs the technical level of intelligent low-temperature LNG loading and unloading equipment,and provids technical reference for the development of the emerging clean energy LNG market.
