Research on Optimization of Self-healing Function Retirement Control Considering Distribution Network Maintenance

Abstract
When there is planned maintenance work or operation on the distribution network line,the self-healing function of the distribution network line needs to be temporarily shut down or locked due to the impact on the accuracy of self-healing action.At present,there is no in-depth research on the mutual influence and collaborative cooperation between the self-healing function of the distribution network and the planned maintenance work and equipment operation.The entire process model of planned maintenance work in distribution networks and typical scenarios of closed-loop power transfer operation are studied.Quantitative analysis is conducted on self-healing function off and on time,and the main factors affecting the self-healing function in distribution networks are discussed and proposed.The power recovery process of the distribution network equipment and the distribution network graphic publishing process are executed in series,extending the off time of the self-healing function.Failure to put the self-healing function into operation in a timely manner after closed-loop power transfer operation of the distribution network will also increase the off-time of self-healing function.Corresponding management and technical measures have been proposed,such as parallel execution of the power restoration process of the distribution network equipment and the distribution network graphic publishing process,and the use of system automatic short-term locking self-healing function during closed-loop power transfer operation,in order to shorten the off time of self-healing function caused by planned maintenance work and operation of the distribution network.After practical application,the self-healing function has reduced the off time by 33.3%,and the effect is significant.关键词
