Abstract
In order to investigate the influence of the difference in parameters between the two brake pads on the dynamics of the braking system,a braking system dynamics model of the two brake pads was established based on the two-degree-of-freedom brake pad vibration model.The difference in parameters between the two brake pads is adjusted,and the corresponding phase diagram and bifurcation characteristics are obtained by analyzing the time-varying vibration signals of the brake pads,so as to explore the influence of the difference in parameters between the two brake pads on the dynamic stability of the braking system.The vibration characteristics of the braking system under different braking strategies were also investigated.The results indicate:the difference in parameters between the two brake pads has a significant effect on the dynamic characteristics of the braking system.In the presence of certain mass,friction model parameters and radial/tangential stiffness differences between the brake pads,the vibration of the braking system shows chaotic characteristics,and the key parameters differences of the dual brake pads can be adjusted to suppress the chaotic vibration.This study can provide some reference for the optimization of the braking strategy and noise&vibration reduction of the dual brake pad system.关键词
