有机肥替代氮肥对水稻产量、品质及土壤肥力的影响OACSTPCD

Effects of Organic Fertilizer Replacing Nitrogen Fertilizer on Rice Yield,Quality and Soil Fertility

以水稻品种中早31为试材,开展了2年的田间试验.试验共设置9个不同处理:不施肥(CK);单施化肥(T1处理);优化施肥(T2处理);磷、钾含量不变,有机肥替代氮肥比例分别为15%、30%、45%和60%(T3~T6处理);磷、钾含量增多,氮肥替代比例分别为15%和30%(T7~T8处理).结果表明:在水稻产量方面,有机肥替代氮肥和氮替代处理(T3、T8处理)的湿谷产量均显著高于单施化肥处理(T1、T2处理);随着有机肥替代化肥比例的增加,水稻淀粉含量呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,其中T8处理最高;各处理之间的蛋白质含量无显著性差异,其中T7处理最高,T6处理最低;在土壤全磷、全钾、碱解氮和速效钾含量以及土壤pH值等方面,各处理之间均无显著性差异.综上,有机肥替代氮肥处理能够明显提升水稻的产量,其中30%氮肥替代比例的处理效果较好,能够促进养分的吸收利用,但对土壤理化性状的改良仍需进一步试验和探究.

The rice variety Zhongzao 31 was used as the experimental material to conduct a 2-year field experiment.Nine different treatments were set up,including no fertilizer application(CK),single chemical fertilizer application(T1),optimized fertilizer application(T2),constant phosphorus and potassium content,with nitrogen fertilizer substitution ratios of 15%,30%,45%,and 60%,respectively(T3~T6),and increasing phosphorus and potassium content,nitrogen fertilizer substitution ratios of 15%and 30%,respectively(T7~T8).The results showed that in terms of rice yield,the combined treatment of organic fertilizer replacing nitrogen fertilizer(T3 and T8)significantly increased grain yield compared to single chemical fertilizer application(T1 and T2).Rice starch content increased first and then decreased with the increase of the proportion of organic fertilizer replacing chemical fertilizer,and T8 treatment was the highest.There were no significant differences in protein content,with the highest in T7 treatment and the lowest in T6.There were no significant differences in total phosphorus,total potassium,alkali nitrogen,and available potassium in the soil among all treatments.Therefore,the treatment of organic fertilizer replacing nitrogen fertilizer can increase rice yield,with the 30%nitrogen fertilizer substitution ratio showing better results,promoting absorption and utilization of nutrients.However,further experiments and research are needed to improve soil physical and chemical properties.
