不同砧木对小果型西瓜苏梦6号的嫁接适宜性评价
Evaluation of Grafting Suitability of Different Rootstocks to Small-fruit Watermelon Sumeng 6

Abstract
In order to screen out the most suitable rootstock for grafting Sumeng 6,this study took Sumeng 6 as scion,10 pumpkin rootstocks,8 gourd rootstocks and 1 watermelon rootstock as test objects,compared the agronomic indexes of different rootstocks,compared the survival rate,yield and quality of grafting Suimeng 6 with different rootstocks,and analyzed the above comparative indexes through principal component analysis.The comprehensive scores and ranking of suitability evaluation for grafting Sumeng 6 to different rootstocks were obtained.The results showed that pumpkin rootstock was superior to gourd rootstock and watermelon rootstock in terms of agronomic indexes at seedling stage based on strong seedling index,root-shoot ratio and chlorophyll content.In terms of grafting survival rate,gourd rootstock was better than pumpkin rootstock and watermelon rootstock.In terms of individual watermelon weight and plot yield,pumpkin rootstock was obviously superior to gourd rootstock and watermelon rootstock.In terms of central sugar content,gourd rootstock and watermelon rootstock were superior to pumpkin rootstock.By principal component analysis and comprehensive ranking,it was found that the top 5 were pumpkin rootstocks,which were Jinmamazhenxi 316,Japanese cedar,Qianggen 1,Sizhuang 12 and Darth Vader respectively,indicating that Sumeng 6 was more suitable for grafting with pumpkin rootstocks.关键词
