在农业生态系统服务价值(ESV)的基础上,采用基于非期望产出的超效率SBM模型,对2012-2021年长江经济带农业绿色生态效率进行了测算,实证研究了其时空演变规律及影响因素.结果表明:(1)长江经济带农业绿色生态效率呈现先降后升,2018年后保持平稳发展的态势,整体处于较高水平,区域差异明显,从均值来看表现为中游>上游>下游;(2)长江经济带各省市农业绿色生态效率值整体得到提高且较多地集中在较高值上,高低效率地区差距缩小,整体农业绿色生态效率值趋于集中和均衡;(3)农业绿色生态效率空间分异特征显著,空间变化趋势呈现自西向东倒"U"形态势和自南向北递增的趋势,且南北差异大于东西差异;(4)老龄化程度、农业人力资本以及农业种植结构对农业绿色生态效率产生明显的正向推动效应,农业机械密度对农业绿色生态效率产生显著的负向抑制效应.基于此,依托国家战略提出了相应的对策建议,以推动长江经济带农业高质量发展.

On the basis of the value of agricultural ecosystem services(ESV),the super-efficiency SBM model based on undesirable output was used to measure the agricultural green ecological efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2012 to 2021,and its spatio-temporal evolution law and influencing factors were empirically studied.The results show that:(1)The green ecological efficiency of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt decreased first and then increased,remained stable after 2018,and was at a high level as a whole.The regional difference is significant,showing'middle-stream>upper-stream>down-stream'from the average value.(2)The value of agricultural green ecological efficiency in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been improved as a whole and is more concentrated on higher efficiency values.The gap between high and low efficiency regions has narrowed,and the overall agricultural green ecological efficiency value of the region tends to be concentrated and balanced.(3)The spatial differentiation characteristics are significant,and the spatial change trend shows an inverted U-shaped trend from west to east and an increasing trend from south to north,and the difference between north and south is greater than that between east and west.(4)The degree of aging,agricultural human capital and agricultural planting structure have a significant positive promotion effect on agricultural green ecological efficiency,and the density of agricultural machinery has a significant negative inhibitory effect on agricultural green ecological efficiency.Based on this,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions based on the national strategy to promote the high-quality development of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
