Abstract
A fuzzy PID-based embedded design study for the deviation correction controller of auto-matic vertical drilling machinery equipment is proposed.The influence of drill bit rotation angle under the influence of anisotropy index is analyzed,a functional formulas to derive and calculate the changes in drill-ing trend angle is established to obtain the force changes of automatic vertical drilling machinery equipment combination.The PID controller deviation allocation process is designed based on the force analysis results,and an embedded design is conducted.After the embedded design is completed,a fuzzy PID control algo-rithm is designed to correct the deviation of vertical drilling machinery equipment.The experimental re-sults show that the proposed method can stabilize well the control inclination angle and the direction angle of the resultant force,while maintaining the relative stability of the resultant force.It is proved that the proposed method can effectively achieve vertical drilling deviation correction control,and the control effect is good.关键词
