摘要

Abstract

With the development of semiconductor technology,the operating frequency of terahertz receivers based on Schottky diodes has been increased by more than 1 THz.And it has been practically applied in the field of terahertz radar,communication and detection.First,this paper introduces the development of Schottky diode devices and the technical routes of terahertz receiver design using Schottky diodes.Then the advantages and disadvantages of different technical routes are compared and analysed.And the design methods of terahertz detectors adapted to different scenarios and frequencies are arrived at.The current high-performance terahertz application systems realised based on terahertz receiver technology are summarized.Finally,it looks forward to the development of terahertz solid-state receiver technology.
