摘要

Abstract

With the increasing demand for atmospheric detection accuracy,the terahertz has gotten attention for advantage in wavelengths.The performance of receiver is important to system,thus it plays a key role in atmospheric detection.In this paper,a 240 GHz receiver for space application is presented to meet demands in terahertz receiver.The receiver adopt Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit technology for miniaturization and lightueight to adapt the complex environment of space application.A test system is set up to obtain accurate data,where the test results show that noise figure of receiver is 7.6 dB in 1 GHz~4 GHz,conversion gain is 45 dB and the degree of linearity is more than 0.99998.
