一种双频高效率滤波功率放大器设计
Design of a dual-frequency high-efficiency filtering power amplifier
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for wireless terminal to select the wireless operating frequency to transmit signals and the transmitter has insufficient suppression of the out-of-band signal,a dual-fre-quency high-efficiency filter power amplifier with second harmonic suppression is designed,and the structure and design method of dual-function dual-frequency impedance converter and dual-frequency filter impedance convert-er are presented.All the design parameters of the structure are obtained by analytical calculation.The electromag-netic simulation results show that the output power of 1.785 GHz and 2.415 GHz is 40.8 dBm and 40.1 dBm respec-tively,the drain efficiency 62.9%and 60.8%,and the gain 10.8 dB and 10.1 dB,respectively,and that the suppres-sion of the second harmonic frequencies at 3.57 GHz and 4.83 GHz reaches 43.7 dBc and 69.7 dBc,respectively.关键词
