Exploring the Beijing Path for Creating a Source of Sci-tech Innovation for Artificial Intelligence
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]As the core driving force of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,artificial intelligence is profoundly changing the global economic and social development pattern.Beijing is exploring the path of creating a source of sci-tech innovation for AI,which is of great significance for promoting regional and even national economic development.Beijing is the region with the highest density of talents in the field of artificial intelligence,the best innovation foundation,the most complete key links,the largest industrial scale,and the strongest competitiveness in China.Therefore,theoretically,it is feasible to take the lead in creating a source of sci-tech innovation for AI on the existing basis by taking advantage of policy advantages and industrial foundation.[Research method]This article briefly introduces the development trend of Beijing in creating a source of sci-tech innovation for AI,analyzes the current basic advantages and enabling models of Beijing in the field of developing the AI industry,and conducts a theoretical forward-looking study on the upgrading trend of artificial intelligence enabling new quality productive forces.In view of the new challenges faced by Beijing in creating a source of sci-tech innovation for AI,starting from multiple aspects such as mechanism,talents,and industrial collaboration,combined with the characteristics of regional economic development,it proposes a practical path with Beijing's characteristics.[Research conclusion]Beijing should continuously guide enterprises,colleges and universities,new research and development institutions,open-source communities,etc.,giving full play to the regulatory role of the government,concentrating superior resources to tackle key problems,and carrying out collaborative research on key core technologies of artificial intelligence.In this way,Beijing can be promoted to become an artificial intelligence innovation highland with global influence.关键词
