Research progress of glycyrrhizin in the treatment of osteoarthritis
摘要
Abstract
Glycyrrhizin is extracted from licorice root and has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-viral and other effects.At present,there are few studies on the role and mechanism of glycyrrhizin in osteoarthritis.This review summarizes the molecular biological characteristics,pharmacological functions and main targets of glycyrrhizin,as well as the research status of its regulatory effects on inflammation and oxidative stress in osteoarthritis(OA),and discusses the value of glycyrrhizin in the research of OA.关键词
