摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the role of the ocular surface microbiome has attracted more and more attention.The traditional microbial identification mainly focuses on smear,bacterial culture and the other methods of inspection.How-ever,the traditional microbial culture is affected by various factors such as culture conditions,and the positive rate is low.With the launch and implementation of the human metagenome project,high-throughput sequencing technology can define the microbial community to the genus and species level because of its high flux,high sensitivity and specificity,rich infor-mation and low cost,which is helpful to better understand the etiology,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of eye dis-eases,and promote the accurate medical process of eye disease.The eyes and nose are connected in anatomical structure.This paper aims to explore the research progress of microorganisms in the eye and nasopharynx and the possible transmis-sion of eye-nose flora microorganisms,so as to provide a basis for the research of eye-nose related diseases.关键词
