Analysis of"3+2"Talent Training Problems Based on High-quality Development

Abstract
It is one of the core directions of the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era to broaden the development channel of vocational education students through connecting the training mode of secondary and higher vocational education.First of all,it summarizes the proposal and development of the"3+2"talent training mode connecting the secondary and higher vocational colleges.Secondly,it analyzes the new requirements and new actions of the high-quality development of economy and society for vocational education.Thirdly,the paper summarizes the macro-design and the implementation status of the pilot project in Beijing and Shenyang.Finally,it points out the problems existing in the joint training,and then puts forward relevant countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of talent training.关键词
