高职院校雷锋式职业人培养模式研究
Study on the Cultivation Mode of Lei Feng Style Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Cultivating Lei Feng style professionals in higher vocational colleges is to comply with the requirements of the times,and implement the fundamental task of morality education.Cultivating Lei Feng style professionals is beneficial for advancing the quality of students,enhancing the level of teaching staff,improving the strength of schools,and promoting industrial progress.Higher vocational colleges can adopt the all-member education mode,practice education mode,replication and promotion mode,and alliance education mode to improve students'ideological and moral qualities and professional character,thereby cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents.关键词
