产教融合模式下护理专业学生顶岗实习研究
On Post Internship of Nursing Students in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Mode of Industry-Education Integration

摘要
Abstract
To understand the situation of post internship of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the internship status of nursing students from some higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province in 2021(graduates in 2024).The survey results show that most students adapt well to their jobs,and the students are quite satisfied with the internship instructors,counselors,and hospital teachers.However,there are also some problems in the internship mode,and it needs deep cooperation between internship units and colleges.In light of the demand for the development of vocational education of"industry-education integration and dual system education",it is necessary to construct a dual system education mode to improve and optimize the post internship mode.关键词
